I believe this virus is an instrument for our growth. We are present in a time of great learning. A time when all of us are growing and experiencing the same lesson, but each with our own choices for growth.

I ask you to be the light that you are and to choose your highest for growth. Help and love all people. Make peace, make food, provide comfort. See and hear your family of mankind. Be present for those who need it. Love your Being and your body. Create an experience worthy of you. Walk in the light and hold the space with love.

We will all find a shining light inside this storm cloud.
