Be still, be in tune with your body, your being, your spirit

Light being writes:

I really need some clarity.  I am feeling really drained energetically were I am living. I have had body pain I haven’t experienced in years come up in the last few weeks. I have had a beautiful offer from a friend to come and stay with them in a different town.  And this man I know keeps coming to me through spirit. We are supposed to have a deep connection in this life.  My whole completely pulsates when I ask for guidance on this; I know I may sound a little crazy. Any guidance you have on this point of my journey is greatly appreciated. Thank-you so much to all of you beautiful guides.

The guide’s response:

Dearest one, you are very lonely and you believe that your well being and health depends upon the love from another.  You seek permission to be, to exist, from others.  You are exhausted. There are times you cannot even lift your arms–a sign of wanting to be helpless.  But you are not my child.  You are not helpless.  You do not need to seek permission to be from others–only from yourself.

You came through a great deal of heavy energy early in life.   And as you come around to that part of the circle again, especially with relationships, you do not feel there is a good path to follow.  There is.  Be still.  Be in tune with your body, your being, your spirit.  Speak to it as the most wondrous being, the most wonderful opportunity, and trust.

If you go and stay with the friend you will feel tension within you.  It is too much for you right now.  As to spiritually connecting with anyone, please connect with your own being.  Grow in yourself of who you be. Bless you my child.
