Digestive discomfort as an indicator of an emotional issue

Dear Guides, Please can you help me understand what my body is telling me. Since early childhood and for as long as I can remember I have suffered with digestive discomfort, bloating and other IBS symptoms. I have tried many things to ease this over the years and have made many changes to my diet, but nothing seems to have made much difference. Are my symptoms the result of a physical issue, such as a food intolerance, or is there a deeper emotional issue that needs to be released? I would dearly love to move forward with this and heal, and any guidance you can offer would be greatly appreciated.

Well my blessed one, you’ve basically answered all of your questions. But what you do want to know is how you are doing. You are a very highly sensitive, intuitive being and yes, sometimes there is too much thinking of yourself and not about your world that holds and supports you. Try to pull some balance into both.

Yes, it’s important to hear your needs but it is also important to see where you be in this world and how you interact with others. You shun people; you do not want to believe what they say to you. You turn from them and many want to help you.

You have a very sensitive digestive tract because you find it very difficult to be in the physical world. From the very beginning you’ve often thought that you were in the wrong place at the wrong time. And do these people really love you? And are you really able to trust them?

These elements have created a nervous condition within the very digestive part of your being. If you understand what digestion is, it takes food from the world to nourish you. You also take in love and you take in information to nourish you, to help you grow. So this is the part of that is having difficulty because you don’t feel you belong in this world. You do, blessed one. It is time to address that.

So, you ask if it is a deep emotional issue? Yes. And thus, it helps you to not be able to digest food in order to bring attention to it, to help your family (your parents) to help you feel loved. But instead they made you feel nervous and afraid for they were afraid that you weren’t doing well.  You see, all of this fear only combined to make you more fearful. For children are such barometers of a family; they know how parents feel, both individually and together. The energy that was created that surrounds you was heightened and nervous—and thus you be.

Yes. You need to find someone you can speak to that can help find who you be and how strong you really are.

And through natural ways you can balance your inner state—through love and nourishment. You love the world. Be at peace within it dearest one. It holds you. See the love it has for you.
