Though every year we put up lights, and usually have a fight, there seemed to be an edge as my wonderful husband underwent the yearly task. He quietly went about the job that usually was a noisy one. Then dragging me out to see, we didn’t fight… I wasn’t suggesting a different way.

My heart filled with love that he wanted me to see the lights. I saw his light and it reminded me that we are all lights, and that we light up the darkness.

This year, put up lights or just let your light shine.
