Easter, for me, a difficult time. In the past it was a time of fear, a time of reversals of commonly held beliefs, a time of betrayal. In the present it is a time of introspection, of a desire for different things, for change, for belief in the possibilities it is supposed to stand for. In the future my hope is that it will be a time of hope and of joy. Time spent with those I choose to spend time with, celebrating what is new, what is emergent, in our lives.
